By using Cine GB, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all subscribers and IPTV resellers, whether you are watching TV from London, running a reseller panel in Dublin, or testing the free trial from Luxembourg City. Please read them carefully. If you have questions, message us on WhatsApp before subscribing.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your Cine GB login details private. Do not share your username and password with anyone outside your household. If we detect a single account being used across multiple households or countries at the same time, we may pause the line and contact you to verify.

Reseller accounts are personal to you. You may not sell or transfer your reseller panel access to another party without our written consent. Sub reseller accounts you create under your panel are governed by the same terms.

Payment and activation

All payments are handled by UK bank transfer, PayPal, debit or credit card, or crypto for larger reseller orders. Prices are shown in GBP but EUR invoicing is available for European customers. Activation is confirmed once payment has cleared our end.

Copyright compliance

This is one of the most important sections of these terms, and we ask you to read it carefully.

Cine GB is an OTT and IPTV service that delivers streams and content strictly in accordance with the licensing agreements and arrangements we have in place with our upstream providers. Cine GB does not authorise, encourage, or condone the redistribution of copyrighted content by any subscriber, reseller, or sub reseller.

You agree that you will not:

  • Record, rebroadcast, mirror, or redistribute any Cine GB stream to any third party outside your household
  • Upload Cine GB content to any external platform, torrent network, file host, or IPTV aggregator
  • Use Cine GB streams for any commercial public viewing without proper licensing (bars, cafes, gyms, workplaces)
  • Extract, decode, or reverse engineer any Cine GB app, playlist, portal URL, or player
  • Sell, share, or distribute Cine GB M3U links, Xtream Codes, or portal URLs on public forums, social media, or messaging groups
  • Provide access to Cine GB streams for anyone outside your immediate household or your own paying customer base

If we receive a credible copyright complaint or detect abuse of our infrastructure, we may suspend or terminate your account without notice or refund, and cooperate fully with rights holders and law enforcement where required.

Resellers carry an additional responsibility. You agree that you will pass these same restrictions to your own customers, and you accept liability for any breach caused by lines you have created under your reseller panel.

No content scraping

Cine GB channel lists, EPG data, playlists, portal URLs, and app assets are our proprietary content. You agree that you will not use bots, crawlers, scrapers, extractors, or any automated tool to harvest data from our website, our apps, our reseller panel, or our stream endpoints.

Automated scraping, unauthorised API access, or bulk data extraction will result in immediate account termination and possible legal action. This includes attempts to enumerate channel lists, download EPG feeds without permission, or replicate our reseller panel functionality.

Acceptable use

To keep Cine GB fair and stable for everyone, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers, panel, or admin systems
  • Perform DDoS attacks, brute force logins, or credential stuffing
  • Use Cine GB streams to relay content to other IPTV providers
  • Impersonate Cine GB staff or a Cine GB authorised reseller in any communication
  • Circulate false claims about Cine GB service quality on social media or forums for competitive advantage

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that breaches these rules, without refund and without notice.

Service availability

We aim for 99.9 percent server uptime and we monitor our infrastructure around the clock. However, IPTV is dependent on many external factors including your internet connection, your device, upstream sources, and general internet health. We cannot guarantee 100 percent uninterrupted streaming, and we are not liable for temporary channel outages beyond our control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in the law, our infrastructure, or our services. When we make significant changes, we will post the updated version on this page and update the date at the top. Continued use of Cine GB after a change means you accept the new terms.
